Al Rago, Trustee
Al was born and raised in the Chicago area. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Al has worked as an Information Technology Consultant for more than 30 years.
A resident of York Township since 1990, Al has remained actively involved in the community through service and volunteerism. He has volunteered with DuPage PADS and Noah’s Wish, and has coached youth soccer, baseball, softball, and flag football. As a member of Bethel UCC, Al served on the Board of Trustees and as Treasurer. He currently serves as a board member of York Center Community.
Al lives in Lombard with his wife. He believes in service and transparency in government, and as your York Township Trustee, he will work tirelessly to strengthen those values for the benefit of the entire community.
