Our Transportation Program has proudly served Township seniors since 1976. Reliable transportation helps seniors maintain independence, stay connected, and access essential services like medical care and grocery shopping.

With a fleet of five town cars and one wheelchair-accessible passenger bus, we are dedicated to providing safe, dependable, and personalized service. For a nominal fee, seniors can travel within Township boundaries for medical appointments, shopping, and other essential needs. We take great pride in offering a high-quality transportation program designed with your comfort and safety in mind.

Reservations Required
Advance reservations are required to ensure availability.
For outings or Senior Center events, call as soon as tickets are purchased.
For medical appointments, schedule your ride the same day you book with your doctor.
When calling, please have your destination address, phone number, and (for medical visits) your doctor’s name and appointment time ready.
Ride scheduling depends on driver availability, vehicle capacity, and route efficiency.
Keep a Written Record
You will receive a pickup and return time when booking your ride. Please write this information down, as we are no longer able to accommodate calls to reconfirm schedules.
Plan to Be Ready Early
Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Drivers operate on tight schedules and may be assisting multiple passengers. If your driver is more than 15 minutes late, then please call the office.
For group pickups, wait for your name to be called before entering the vehicle.
Return Trips Home
For shopping trips, please limit items to 4 paper bags or 7–8 plastic bags and be prepared to assist the driver.
If a medical appointment runs late, we will do our best to reschedule your return, no later than 3:00 p.m.
Changes or Cancellations
If your schedule changes, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer your spot to another rider. Space is limited, and rides fill quickly. If we need to adjust your time, we will contact you the day before or the morning of your ride.
